I Reiki - For
Everybody! Reiki is for everybody! Reiki is
simple, gentle, soothing, non-invasive, and totally natural,
hands-on healing therapy that is easy to learn and
use. Anyone can learn and use it - no special
abilities are required. Because Reiki has an intelligence all
its own that goes exactly where and how it needs to go, it enhances
every individual exactly how it is needed. It is non-religious
and non-denominational and it also enhances and improves every other
therapy and medicine that may be used. Reiki is being used in cancer treatment and is now
offered in hospitals and hospices. It has been used
successfully to assist with depression and many other
physical and emotional issues. Autistic children can be calmed
and soothed with Reiki during stressful moments as it promotes a
sense of well-being and peace. Sufferers of grand mal seizures
find that their episodes are shorter, sleep is deeper after a
seizure, and the neuro-electric imbalances caused by
seizures can be brought into balance with Reiki.
Reiki has the ability to relax, promote sleep, balance both
hemispheres of the brain, reduce or eliminate pain, and clear energy
blockages in the body. It is excellent for self-care and the
care of family, friends and pets. The Reiki training that is taught in this class is
traditional Usui Reiki. You will learn the history of Reiki,
the basic symbols and hand positions, many common
applications, integrating Reiki with other natural modalities
such as aromatherapy and massage. You will

Gulf With LOVE Meditations Project The door is open – the pathway is clear. Healing in the Gulf region
has already taken place in many dimensions because of the intentions
of the Light Workers on Earth.
It is now a matter of the number of individuals holding the
space of certainty for it to come forth in the
physical. Many feel helpless, unable to “do” anything to help,
other than to hold space and focus on the intention of healing. Know that there is very
little on Earth than true intention charged with Gratitude Heart
Energy – Love and Gratitude.
These are the strongest forces known to humans – they can
move mountains, planets.
They can also encourage other individuals to listen to their
Higher Selves, let go of the need for arrogance, greed and
ignorance, and do what is for the Highest Good of our beloved
planet, our beloved sea creatures and life-giving plant life, and
our beloved race. For this reason, I’m creating symbols
specifically to help in this Gulf issue. These symbols come from the
language of our creation.
Some call this Angelic language, some call it the Codes of
Creation, and some call it The Language of Light. I personally refer to this
in the latter term, as the basis of all life is
Light.
The First Symbol –
Strell’iwa'chan
The Strell’iwa'chan was first given in 2005 for use
with humans. It is an
energetic healing incubator.
It causes massive healing in a very short space of time. Its energy is that of
Archangel Raphael - the Diamond Light Pyramid energy, prismatic
green/gold/silver energy.
T
he dolphins, whales, fish,
crustaceans and plankton in the gulf region are struggling. The use of this symbol will
help strengthen them and help them weather the time between now and
when the clean-up is completed. Many of the ocean’s life are
already highly toxic in many minerals that are harmful to
humans. With enough
individuals using this symbol, it will help contain the oil to a
specific place, preventing its spread and dissipating its
toxicity. I was shown
it shrinking to the size of a pea! Right click on the image and save the photo onto
your computer. Then
print it out.The process to set this symbol is very simple –
anyone can learn and do it, you don’t need to be “attuned” to any
healing modality. You
don’t need to be able to “see” or “feel” or “channel.”
You only need go into
meditation and ask Archangel Raphael for assistance. He will be there in an instant,
whether you feel him or not. Begin by sitting comfortably and taking several deep
breaths. Allow your
body to expand as you breathe and release and clear as much
tightness and negative emotion as possible as you exhale. Go deep into your heart
space until you connect with your Heart Energy. Connect with your love of
and gratitude for life and Mother Earth. Connect with and hold the
highest possible vibration of Love and Gratitude that you can during
this process – the stronger you feel this, the more
powerful. Ask Archangel Raphael to assist you. You may or may not feel his
energy but know that he is there. Envision the entire Gulf
area. Send your Love
and Gratitude to it and to all the life within it. Hold the image of the Gulf
in your mind as you draw the symbol as follows. Start with the spiral working downward to the
infinity sign then looping back up to connect up at the base. Then draw the dots on either
side, first left then right.
Then draw the triangle, enclosing the symbol, as follows –
left from top to bottom, right from top to bottom, base from left to
right. Envision the
symbol above the Gulf region.
Reach up with your hands and envision then on either side of
the triangle. “Pull”
the triangle sides out and extend them to the entire width of the
Gulf. Repeat the same
to extend to the entire length of the Gulf. Say the symbol name Strell’iwa’chan and Activate. Then
envision the decision makers and repeat the
process as above. If you see or sense energy you may see or feel a
golden emerald energy emanating from the symbol down to the
ocean. Spend a few
moments sending love and gratitude to Gulf region and to Mother
Earth. Know that this
is done. Feel free to
connect up in your daily meditation to send love and gratitude to
the symbol and the earth. The second symbol - Plankton DNA Grid
Reconstruction Plankton is the lifeblood of the
ocean. They provide a crucial source of food to fish and
crustaceans. Their abundance and distribution are strongly
dependent on factors such as nutrient concentrations in the water,
the physical state of the water, and the abundance of other
plankton. The toxicity of the Gulf region is causing
plankton to die, thus reducing food supply to those creatures
dependent upon it. This symbol helps the reduce the
toxicity of the plankton and helps it regenerate its
DNA. To activate thys symbol, right click on the
image and save it to your computer, then print it out. Sit
quietly in meditation, call in your guides to assist you. Gaze
at the symbol without blinking for several minutes, then close your
eyes and notice that you can see the symbol in your mind's
eye. With the symbol in your focus, visualize the plankton
swimming over and through the Grid, being regenerated and
healed. Then envision the Gulf Region. Envision the Grid
sinking into the Gulf, healing it as it touches the water. See
the ocean beds teaming with life, the fish and crustaceans with
abundant food supply, and the creatures of the oceans and seas
healthy and pure. Repeat as often as you are called

Disease, emotional issues, physical issues, are
all signs that we are “out of tune.” When we hold things in our
“memory", especially experiences that are traumatic, they are part
of our cellular memory and can cause blockages, misalignments,
dis-ease, etc. What if it were possible to communicate
with the cells of the human body, release the blockages, and bring

Many individuals agree that the human voice is the most Sacred and highest vibrational healing “tool” on earth. of sound, created from and by Sound. Everything is sound,
vibration, frequency. Even the smallest of atoms and DNA
within us hum, vibrate, sing. With that in mind, what if we

Opening to Sacred Sound
Workshop is an introduction to tapping into and playing with
the Sound of your Heart to heal body, mind and spirit. This
class is for anyone wanting to explore the power of their own Sacred
Voice. We will explore various techniques including mudras, mantras
and chants and how and why they open the channels of energy in the
physical body; the power of our voice ~ called Sacred Voice; finding
and expressing the "sound" of physical pain, emotions, etc.;
clearing your spaces with Sound; Tibetan bowls, tuning forks,
and other tools; and more.
This is NOT a singing
class. Absolutely no previous vocal experience necessary
and no vocal proficiency or talent is needed - just
your willingness to listen to your Heart and your ability to
