With our world constantly changing and evolving, this translates to changes in our own callings.  I currently call myself an an Evolutionary Alchemist and Spiritual Life Navigator.  This description incorporates a lot of pieces - Sound and Energy Therapist, Sacred Artist, Sacred Performance and Ceremonial Artist, Teacher, Facilitator, and more. 

How did I get here?  Anyone who knew me 20 or 30 years ago, even 10 years ago, saw a very mainstream, talented, anal yet extremely fearful woman, running from severe childhood trauma, trying to figure out how to make things work.  How to "get" to where she thought she should be to be successful.  My early life story is pretty common with some people out there:  I was raised in a small, strict Catholic family, attended private Catholic school for 12 years.  I have been married more than once, I've survived near alcoholism, food addictions, severe self abuse, and much more.  I desire to see that all of these experiences were my greatest gifts and teachers.  This is what happens when we commit to our spiritual path and I wouldn't trade a single second of it. 

When I commited to studying Reiki in 2001, I commited to essentially turning my life and myself topsy-turvy - all in the name of love.  I never would have imagined how it would come to enrich and greatly alter my life, work, calling, and especially the way I view things. There have been many, many challenges along the way, some of them very difficult and very painful, as many of you have experienced as well. But working through the challenges has opened me up to a wonderful experiences.  I got a glimpse of who I am and that there is no limit to anything.  There is only the limit I've placed on myself.

The events of Sept. 11, 2001, were the deeply profound wake-up call to my spiritual path. One month to the day I created a non-profit organization and art project, "Towers of Peace ~ A Tapestry of Remembrance and Unity," that I co-founded with a friend.  We endeavored to create a huge tapestry to be hung in whatever structure was built on the Twin Towers site, to commemorate those individuals who lost their lives from that event. The tapestry was to be made entirely from pieces of clothing that had belonged to those individuals whoe died.  Wanting this tapestry to truly be a healing piece, I began Reiki studies and attunements at that time. The project was not completed, but Reiki was the doorway to my own personal healing.

Like millions of others, I am here right now to be in service. Many are working through some pretty challenging experiences right now.  My Soul Purpose is to be of service. The media through which I do that are the heartbeat and breath of my work, through my joy in art, sound and energy, creation, offering knowledge through workshops and gatherings, and writing.  When we follow our Soul Purpose, we expand our God footprint.  When this happens, our own energy that we carry expands out to assist others in doing the same.

In the area of 3D "credentials," I am an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher (I use the term "master" extremely lightly),  Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner and Sound healer and teacher.  The Sound work is one of those things that showed up one day and has found a life of its own in a variety of ways of expression.  As an artist, I create Source-guided Sacred Art and Sacred Symbology.  I believe in fun, mischief, and magic and try to bring a healthy dose of elf energy to everything I do.
